ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS, without any warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied or
statutory.
ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AND WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO MAKE
THEIR OWN IN-PERSON INSPECTION PRIOR TO BIDDING.
TAYLOR AUCTION COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THIS LISTING.

Winning bidder will receive an invoice sent to the email that is on file.
If buyer does not receive an email within 24 hours, call Taylor Auction Company at (859)-595-1206 or (859)-967-4162. Winning
bidders must make contact within 24 hours of completion of auction to verify form of payment.
A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the Hammer Price on each item.
*Payment must be made in full by Wednesday 5pm EST, following sale day. Forms of payment accepted are
WIRE TRANSFER ($15 Fee/$25 International), CERTIFIED/CASHIER'S CHECK, CASH, Or CREDIT CARD with a 4% processing fee.
All items are subject to Kentucky state sales tax. Unless Farm Exempt or provide a Resale Number
We will assist in loading all items; however, dismantlement of equipment for shipping is the responsibility of the
Buyer. TAC is not responsible for any damages while loading or unloading equipment.
ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN A TIMELY FASHION. STORAGE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 14 DAYS
UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
OWNERSHIP OF ANY EQUIPMENT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS REVERTS BACK TO AUCTION
COMPANY UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
Trucking is the responsibility of the buyer.
Not responsible for accidents.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
