All equipment is sold "As Is" with no guarantees. All sales are final.

No equipment will be released until payment is made in full

• Online payments are required within 3 business days via

                      Wire Payment, or ACH Debit.

• Credit Cards excepted under $2500.00 with an additional 4% fee.
•  A $20.00 fee will be added to ALL wires.
• Onsite payments are due upon receipt.
• Out of the US Purchases MUST be paid by Wire only

*  All Sales may be subject to Indiana 7% Sales Tax *

• Customer’s may fill out a Sales Tax Exemption from for those items to be used in the "Direct Production" of Agricultural 
• We MUST either have a Sales Tax-Exempt form on file for any equipment applicable to be tax exempt or sales tax MUST be paid before any item will be released

For online purchases: An invoice will be sent to the email address registered after the sale concludes.

    ** Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to

verify method of payment.

**Items must be picked up By March 1^st, 2023. A $25.00/day storage fee will be charged after March 1^st. unless other arrangements are made.

*Additional charges may apply for equipment breakdown 

* $50.00 will be charged for palletized shipments
