All items are as-is. NO GURANTEES! It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items before bidding. Items are located at 2680 Funston Doerun Road, Doerun, GA 31744. Pre-Approved Consignments are welcome!
EQUIPMENT INSPECTION

Thursday April 7, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
AUCTION TIME
Auction opens for live bidding March 30th 2023 at 10:00am. Auction will begin closing April 13th 2023 at 3:00pm. Lots will close at a speed of 1 per minute. All lots are subject to extended bidding. If a bidder bids within the last 5 minutes, the clock will be reset to 5 minutes until no further bids are placed.
AUCTION LOCATION
This is an online only auction. Auction location is closed to the public except on the posted preview date or by explicit appointment made with Tucker Buckner. Items are located 2680 Funston Doerun Road, Doerun, GA 31744. ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO WEEKS FARM MACHINERY AUCTION, INC. by April 7, 2023
FEES
A 10% Buyer’s Premium per item will be applied to all purchases.
Purchase Price: $3,000.00
10% BP: + $300.00
TOTAL Purchase Price: $3,300.00
SALES TAX & SALES TAX EXEMPTION
Georgia Sales Tax of 8% will be applied to all items after Buyer’s Premium in added unless the following proper documentation is provided to Weeks Farm Machinery Auction prior to or at the time of purchase:
Farmer Tax Exemption: photo copy of a valid Georgia Farmer Exemption G.A.T.E. Card. APPLY NOW Unfortunately, sales tax cannot be refunded to Farmers providing GATE Cards AFTER an invoice has been issued.
Dealer Tax Exemption: photo copy of Sale Tax Resale Certificate with signed ST-5 Form or ST-4 Form.
Exporter Tax Exemption: a valid Bill of Lading provided by the purchaser’s hired Common Carrier at time of equipment removal.
PAYMENT
An invoice will be emailed confirming your bids after the auction has been completed. Payment must be made prior to pick up of items.
The accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, Personal or Business Checks, Wire Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card. Be advised of the 3% convenience fee applied to all credit card and debit card transactions. Money Orders will not be acceptable forms of payment. Credit Cards are also used as a verification tool!! Weeks Farm Machinery Auction, Inc. reserves the right to charge the purchaser’s credit card on file an amount up to the full purchase price plus storage fees for items not paid for and pickup up in a timely manner.
A required Form 8300 will be completed and submitted to the IRS for Cash and/or Cashier’s Check payment amounts of $10,000.00 or more.
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
Loading Times: April 14th 2023 from 11:00am to 5:00pm

Equipment can be removed ONLY after Weeks Farm Machinery Auction, Inc. has received PAYMENT IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Weeks Farm Machinery Auction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the online auction. Weeks Farm Machinery Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Weeks Farm Machinery Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
